Rick Hoeltke
CEO
Rick Hoeltke has always had an entrepreneurial mentality. For the past fifteen years, Rick has devoted his enthusiasm to all he has done, from owning and managing teams in staffing and customer service to developing procedures and assisting in the expansion of home renovation businesses. His passion is serving people, and he continues to do so even now that he owns and operates Garage Experts with his best friend. He also drives Integrity Decking Company and makes time to support neighborhood small businesses. His areas of expertise are management team development and corporate marketing. He is always seeking competition, aka sports, and that drives his passion for marketing partnerships with teams and stadiums for his businesses.


Ryan Bednarowski
COO
Ryan’s main goal was always to own a business and become an entrepreneur. Having held every bag in the construction industry from laborer to management over the prior 18 years, he felt it was time to take the leap of faith and start his own business in 2021. So, he called one of his best friends and asked him if he would join him in opening a concrete company (Garage Experts), and that’s what they did. Taking all the knowledge from their backgrounds in the construction industry, they opened up Garage Experts in 2021, which is a national franchise, and in their first full year in business, they set a record in gross sales and were awarded Franchise of the Year! Ryan has always been passionate about the construction industry, and his main goal is to ensure that every interaction with whatever company he’s with is positive and exceeds customers’ expectations.
Emma Strube
Call Center Manager
Emma has worked in the home improvement industry for 7 years. She has 8 years of customer service experience and 3 and half years of Call Center Management experience. Emma started her journey in home improvements as a call center agent and is now our Call Center Manager. Emma has a passion for leadership, great customer service, positivity and problem solving. As a firm believer that attitude is everything, she'll ensure that your first impression of us is a great one as your first point of contact.


Tony Braker
VP of Sales and Design
Tony Braker has worked in home improvement sales for the last 5 years, with 1 of those years as a sales designer helping customers with decks and baths and the other 4 years as a sales manager over a team of 18 sales designers across Wisconsin. Tony has used his decades of experience managing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the project. Being a lover of all things board games, he is consistently looking at strategies to achieve the best possible outcome in everything he does.
Alex Amble
Office Administrator
As office administrator, Alex ensures back-end procedures run smoothly. She has been in customer service for the past 6 years and has always had a passion for making customers’ day and ensuring your needs are met. As a lover of comedians and dad jokes, Alex is sure to put a smile on your face.

Tyler Martino
Production Manager
Tyler Martino has been working in the deck industry for six and a half years now. He served as an apprentice for 2 years, followed by helping service for 1 year. For the next 3 and a half years, Tyler filled a deck lead position and a production manager role, managing work processes, installation crews, and following up with customers. People-focused Tyler keeps his head up to ensure the work his team is doing is satisfactory for its recipients.
